Verona Room

  1. Capacity is 10-60 guests, depending on the arrangement. The room rental is for a two and a half hour time period. 
  2. Room Rental: (Each additional hour will be $150 and must be approved at the time of signing the contract)
    1. The room rental fee for the Verona Room is $400.00 for dinner events and $300.00 for lunch events.
    2. The room rental fee will be applied to the check total at the end of the event. Type of function_____________

Welcome! At Zesta Cucina our goal is to meet or exceed our guest’s expectations every time.

POLICIES

  1. Deposits:
    1. All parties require a deposit of $250.00 for lunch or dinner time 
      1. Deposit will be credited to the check total the day of the event.
    2. Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to event date.
      1. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 30 days but more than 14 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposited amount.
    3. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable.
  2. Guaranteed Count:
    1. We require a final guarantee of the exact guest count no later than 72 hours prior to your event.
    2. Guarantees cannot be increased or decreased within 48 hours of the event.
    3. You will be financially obligated to this number.
    4. There will be a fee of $30.00 for each person that does not show.
  1. Food Minimum
    1. There is a $30.00 minimum per person for all events.
    2. This fee applies only to food excluding drinks, room rental, tax (8.3%), and gratuity (18%).
  2. Hours:
    1. Banquet Rooms are open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday. NOT available for weddings.
  3. Menu:
    1. The limited menu @ $55.50 per person is available to parties of less than 30 people. 
    2. Parties greater than 30 may only choose from our buffet menus. 
    3. Heavy appetizers are available upon request @ a $30.00 per person minimum purchase.                               

    6.  Food and beverage:     

             A. Must be purchased through the restaurant with the following exceptions: 

  1. Wine which is not available on our wine list: a $15 corkage fee will apply to each bottle opened.
  2. Cakes/Cup Cakes brought in will have a $20 service charge applied for every cake/ every 24 cupcakes. 
    1. Bar:
      1. A hosted or no host bar set up is available upon request for groups greater than 20.
        1. Hosted bar where host pays for all beverages.
        2. Non-Hosted bar is that everyone attending pays C. O. D. (cash on demand).
        3. Limited hosted bar if host would like to limit the amount of drinks per guest using drink tickets.
  1. Decorations:
    1. All decorations of banquet rooms must have management approval prior to the event. No confetti. 
  2. AVI Fees:
    1. Use of our projector a $150.00 fee will apply.
    2. Use of our Microphone and screen/television a $75.00 fee will apply.
