Zesta Cucina Banquet Room Rental Policies & Deposit Receipt
Welcome! At Zesta Cucina our goal is to meet or exceed our guest’s expectations every time.
POLICIES
- Deposits:
- All parties require a deposit of $250.00 for lunch or dinner time
- Deposit will be credited to the check total the day of the event.
- Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to event date.
- Deposits for reservations cancelled within 30 days but more than 14 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposited amount.
- Deposits for reservations cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable.
- Guaranteed Count:
- We require a final guarantee of the exact guest count no later than 72 hours prior to your event.
- Guarantees cannot be increased or decreased within 48 hours of the event.
- You will be financially obligated to this number.
- There will be a fee of $30.00 for each person that does not show.
- Food Minimum
- There is a $30.00 minimum per person for all events.
- This fee applies only to food excluding drinks, room rental, tax (8.3%), and gratuity (18%).
- Hours:
- Banquet Rooms are open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday. NOT available for weddings.
- Menu:
- The limited menu @ $55.50 per person is available to parties of less than 30 people.
- Parties greater than 30 may only choose from our buffet menus.
- Heavy appetizers are available upon request @ a $30.00 per person minimum purchase.
6. Food and beverage:
A. Must be purchased through the restaurant with the following exceptions:
- Wine which is not available on our wine list: a $15 corkage fee will apply to each bottle opened.
- Cakes/Cup Cakes brought in will have a $20 service charge applied for every cake/ every 24 cupcakes.
- Bar:
- A hosted or no host bar set up is available upon request for groups greater than 20.
- Hosted bar where host pays for all beverages.
- Non-Hosted bar is that everyone attending pays C. O. D. (cash on demand).
- Limited hosted bar if host would like to limit the amount of drinks per guest using drink tickets.
- Decorations:
- All decorations of banquet rooms must have management approval prior to the event. No confetti.
- AVI Fees:
- Use of our projector a $150.00 fee will apply.
- Use of our Microphone and screen/television a $75.00 fee will apply.
